Website Terms

Last updated July 14, 2026.

These terms cover use of the EuroCraft TX website, including its articles, inquiry tools, draft estimates, document pages, uploads, and project portal. They do not replace the terms of a signed project agreement.

General information

Articles, calculators, examples, checklists, and planning material are educational. They may help organize questions, but they cannot account for every concealed condition, code requirement, permit, product instruction, engineering issue, insurance requirement, or property-specific fact. Confirm important decisions with the appropriate qualified person and the authority responsible for the project.

AI-assisted drafts

The inquiry tool may use AI to turn the details you submit into preliminary text and line items. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, inconsistent, or based on assumptions that do not fit the property. A draft shown immediately by the website is not an offer, final estimate, invoice, promise of availability, or construction contract.

EuroCraft must review the requested work, site conditions, access, measurements, materials, quantities, labor, exclusions, and pricing before issuing a usable estimate. If the draft conflicts with a later written document from an authorized EuroCraft representative, the later reviewed document controls.

Scope and pricing can change

Photos and written descriptions show only part of a property. Hidden damage, utilities, framing, soil, water, prior work, code issues, product availability, permits, design revisions, and field measurements can change the work or price. Allowances and assumptions should be confirmed in the reviewed estimate and any signed agreement.

Estimates, invoices, and contracts

A saved or printable page is a business record, not automatically a binding agreement. Final scope, payment terms, deposits, schedule, warranties, and change procedures should be stated in a document issued or accepted by an authorized EuroCraft representative. A signed agreement and approved changes take priority over general website content.

Project portal actions

The project portal may let an authorized user submit comments, report issues, choose materials, respond to decisions, approve or reject changes, and acknowledge closeout information. Those actions may be time-stamped and stored with the project. Use a project link only if you are authorized to act for that customer, and review the displayed scope and amount before submitting an approval.

A portal action does not silently change a signed agreement. The agreement's approval and change-order rules still apply. Contact EuroCraft promptly if a portal entry is wrong, duplicated, or submitted by someone without authority.

Access links

Document and project links may provide access to customer information. Keep links and codes private. You are responsible for using reasonable care when forwarding them and for reporting suspected unauthorized access. EuroCraft may restrict access or replace credentials when needed to protect a record.

Photos and submitted content

Submit only information and images you are authorized to share. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, unrelated sensitive information, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights. EuroCraft may use submitted content to evaluate, document, administer, or discuss the related project.

Property information

Harris Central Appraisal District information and other third-party property data are provided for convenience. A match may be stale, incomplete, or connected to a different owner or parcel. You are responsible for confirming the correct property and correcting inquiry details before relying on them.

Third-party services and availability

The site depends on hosting, storage, AI, property-data, analytics, and advertising services operated by others. Features may be delayed, unavailable, or changed. EuroCraft does not promise uninterrupted access or that every automated result will be preserved.

Acceptable use

Do not probe access controls, guess customer or administrator credentials, overload automated tools, scrape private records, impersonate another person, or use the site to interfere with EuroCraft or another customer. Automated estimate and lookup features are intended for genuine project inquiries.

Questions and updates

Use the project inquiry form to report a document problem, unauthorized portal action, or question about these terms. These terms may be updated as the website and project tools change; the date above identifies the current version.
