This page explains, in plain language, how EuroCraft TX and BEK Enterprises handle information submitted through this website. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, payment card details, medical information, or other information that is not needed to discuss a construction project.

Information you provide

We may receive information you enter or upload, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, project type, scope description, service area, property condition or finish level, planning questions, photos, and follow-up messages.

If an estimate, invoice, or active project is created, the site may also store line items, amounts, notes, selections, schedules, issues, change orders, approvals, comments, warranty requests, and closeout activity. Actions taken through a customer or administrator portal may be recorded with the related project record.

AI-assisted draft estimates

Project details may be sent through a server-side connection to an AI service to organize the request and prepare a preliminary draft. The AI provider may process the information included in that request under its own service terms. Avoid including unrelated personal or confidential information.

AI output can misunderstand a request, make assumptions, omit work, or calculate an unrealistic amount. An immediate draft is not a final proposal. EuroCraft must review the scope, site conditions, materials, quantities, and price before the draft can be relied on as an issued estimate or contract.

Property-record lookup

If you select a property lookup button, the street address or owner name entered for that search is sent through the H-Town resolver to search public Harris Central Appraisal District information. Results show matching property addresses and recorded owner names, without mailing addresses or appraisal values. The owner-name search is separate from your contact name, and selecting a property does not change the requester's name. You may submit an inquiry under a different name or without using the lookup. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, or associated with a different parcel, so confirm any selected address before submitting it.

Photos

Uploaded photos may contain people, belongings, addresses, location clues, or other private details. Upload only images you are authorized to share and that are useful for the project. Photos can help document visible conditions, but they cannot establish every concealed condition or replace an on-site review.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to an inquiry, prepare or review a draft estimate, maintain estimates and invoices, coordinate a project, provide portal features, review uploaded photos, troubleshoot the site, preserve business records, and understand how the website is used.

Storage and service providers

The website runs on Cloudflare services. Estimate requests, estimates, invoices, and related lookup records may be stored in Cloudflare KV. Uploaded images may be stored in Cloudflare R2. Project operations and portal records may be stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare and the AI or property-data services used by the site process information as service providers in the locations where they operate.

Advertising and analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google AdSense may be enabled on public pages. These services may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser type, page URL, referring page, device information, and cookie or similar identifiers. Browser controls and applicable ad-consent tools can be used to limit cookies, but doing so may affect some site features.

Retention

There is no single retention period for every record. Information may be kept while an inquiry or project is active and afterward when reasonably needed for estimating history, project administration, warranty questions, accounting, dispute handling, security, or system backups. A request to review or remove information will be evaluated against those operational and recordkeeping needs.

Access links and security

Estimate, invoice, customer, and project links may provide access to private project information. Treat those links and any access codes as confidential, do not post them publicly, and report a lost or exposed link through the inquiry form. EuroCraft uses access controls and service-provider safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available.

Your questions and choices

You may choose not to submit an inquiry or upload photos. You can ask about information associated with your project, report an inaccurate property match, or request a correction by using the project inquiry form. EuroCraft may need enough information to identify the relevant record before acting on a request.

Policy changes

This policy may change as the website, service providers, and project tools change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
